A day at your hospital
From the first token at the front desk to the discharge upstairs, everyone works on the same patient record. The screens below use sample data.
- Hospital
The front desk knows who's next.
Book a patient into one of the doctor's free slots and they get a token number. A slot can't be booked twice, so the queue matches the waiting room.

When a patient stays, the record goes upstairs too.
Admit to a free bed with the treating doctor, keep the stay on the same record, and close it with a discharge summary and a final bill with advances and insurance.

Questions we often get
What is Appzad?
Hospital management software that runs in a web browser: OPD and IPD, pharmacy, diagnostics, billing and staff roles, all on one patient record.
What can I manage with Appzad?
Doctors and their slots, appointments, patient records, OP visits and prescriptions, in-patient admission through discharge and the final bill, the pharmacy counter and stock, lab tests and reports, billing and staff access. See every feature in detail.
Does Appzad cover in-patients, pharmacy and diagnostics?
Yes. Admit a patient to a free bed and take the stay through to a discharge summary and final bill; sell, receive and return pharmacy stock; and book, collect, result, verify and print lab tests. In-patient care, Pharmacy and Diagnostics.
Can I control what each staff member sees?
Yes. Start from a ready-made role and switch individual modules on or off. Only people you invite can sign in. See roles and permissions.
How much does Appzad cost?
Every hospital starts with 30 days free, with all three applications included. After that, we agree a Custom plan for your hospital. See pricing.
How do I get started?
Write to us from the Contact page. We set up your hospital and email you an invitation. Your first sign-in walks you through your hospital's details, inviting staff and adding your first doctor.
Can I create digital prescriptions?
Yes. The doctor fills in the prescription for an OP visit and downloads it as an A4 PDF with your letterhead. To write by hand, print the same sheet with the prescription area left blank. See how prescriptions work.
How do I contact support?
If you already use Appzad, sign in and open Settings, then Support. You can attach a screenshot or a PDF. Otherwise email us at contact@appzad.com.
